Canon’s 8× Cine-Servo covers 15 to 120mm on Super 35, at T2.95 through 90mm and T3.95 at 120mm.

Engage the built-in 1.5× extender and it becomes a 22.5 to 180mm zoom that covers full frame, at T4.4 to 135mm and T5.9 at 180mm. The servo drive takes zoom and focus controllers, and it comes off for traditional cinema-lens operation. PL mount, passing Cooke /i and ZEISS eXtended Data.
